Constituent states that yellow plates have been added to the sidewalk that would typically be used to indicate a slope to blind people but there is no slope. Constituent reports the sidewalk installation as is is completely inaccessible to wheelchair users. Constituent is highly concerned by this and would like to know if curb cuts are planned to be added, or why they were excluded, as he asked the construction workers at the site and they did not have any additional informaiton.]
