Constituent states "The Atrius Health Boston Kenmore location is using space savers and an orange construct barricade in the back of the loading dock. Located on Burlington Street Boston Ma 02215 right across from 21-27 Burlington Street Boston MA 02215. They have illegal tied zip ties from the space savers to the street sign the is on the side walk. They are also preventing people from parking in the 2 hour spot. They have illegal stolen those construction equipment and the loading dock workers are taking advantage of these equipment. I have uploaded a few pictures of what they are doing. They are making their own private parking area in a NO STOPPING ANY TIME TOW ZONE. And also they are throw cigarettes and other trash in that same area." The street occupancy permit that allowed for the signs and barriers to be posted have expired over 22 days ago. The barriers are illegally tied to the street signs and are blocking parking for disabled passengers. Please remove these barriers and signs. Previous permit provided was OCCU-1719249 |
