The same set of lights keep going out and or blinking on comm ave. I’ve submit reports over the last few weeks, they come out, fix it, close the report, and then it resumes again. There are two lights out right now. They will sometimes flicker and then turn off or on. Comm ave. Outside 167 comm ave.

street lights out franklin hill ave @ american legion highway area. the entire road is dark. i heard a loud crashing sound so i'm unsure if someone crashed into the electricity box or maybe i misheard it.
