Several months ago I reported a damaged yellow crosswalk panel at the corner of Lomasney Way and Causeway Street. I tripped over it and required stitches in my chin. The panel has continued to deteriorate as shown in the attached photo.

Cross walk signal at child and South street not functional

The crosswalk across Bismarck St at the intersection of Boylston St is almost completely faded and needs to be repainted.

Harrison Ave in front of the Moakley building at Boston Medical Center was recently repaved. You have not painted back any of the previously designated crosswalks. Cars are no longer stopping for pedestrians.

Missing bricks

Unsafe cross walk. Drivers do not stop even for pedestrians already half way across the street. Yesterday a driver of a black suv nearly struck my son in his stroller as we crossed in daylight

Bulging crosswalk

No ramp (curb only) at crosswalk to cross Dorchester, requires those with wheels to use sidewalk ramp for crosswalk for Summer St, which requires going slightly into oncoming traffic on Summer St. before quickly getting back to the actual Dorchester crosswalk.
