This is a code enforcement issue relating to the REAR YARD of 40 Newbern. This yard fronts on EVERETT STREET, NOT the front of 40 Newbern. But the yard is owned by 40 Newbern. THE REAR YARD OF 40 NEWBERN has a large white box truck that is illegally parked in the YARD. The vehicle is accessing the yard via Everett Street across a sidewalk with NO CURB CUT. This includes at night, creating a potential risk to pedestrians. The owner often uses ORANGE CONES at discourage parking on Everett Street BEHIND 40 NEWBERN. The owner has REMOVED trees to create an opening to enter the yard, from Everett Street, where the large white box truck has been regularly parked for months. Pedestrian visibility is POOR where the owner has removed trees and obstructed parking. This property also has TRASH a felled timber strewn on the yard. Again, this is NOT a street parking issue at the front of 40 Newbern. It is constellation of code enforcement issues at the rear.

Two garbage trucks are garaged at 8 Parsons Street, Brighton, 02135. This is not a commercial site - it is a private, abandoned parking lot on the corner of a residential street. The garbage trucks are frequently idling their engines and running the compactor at all hours of the day. Several days per week I wake up due to noise from the trucks as early as 4:30am. This cannot be legal. Today, they have been idling their engines from 1-3pm. Why are they located here in a parking lot on the corner of a residential street?
