Noted. Trees are under warranty for 2 years after date of planting. Every summer warranty checks are performed. If said tree is found to be dead, it will be replaced in the next planting season.

Noted. While the tree does look unsightly, it is still pushing out new growth and has viable buds. There is a chance that it rebounds after the next growing season. if in the spring it does not leaf out, please make another case and we will remove and replace.

Noted. As long as the location is compliant with the new ADA restrictions and there aren't any conflicting underground utilities, we are required to replace trees we remove. Once we close out the tree removal case, a new tree request will automatically be placed and a staff arborist from the Urban Forestry Division will inspect the location.
