Yesterday a request was made to install a bright LED fixture as the one currently is too dim. Today you closed the ticket and the light has not been charged. For safety please install a new bright LED light. Location outside Orangeline headhouse corner Clarendon and Columbus across the street from Back Bay Clarendon bus loop

Gas light got hit by a truck and the top of it is hanging off, could fall down and hit someone walking by. Plus it is now has open flames shooting down.
