    Last week the contractors were repairing the sidewalk. They caused a water leak. They started to pour the concrete around and Mr. Jodhan pointed out that the pipe was still leaking. The supervisor came over and said it was not his job to report it and finished pouring the concrete. The water is still coming out of the sidewalk. |
