The landlord stated that the debris would be gone when we moved in in July. It was not. I finally had to remove a large stack myself because it endangered my dog. That stack is gone, but I have photographs. There remains sinks, toilets and other debris that I moved to the side of the house. There was construction going on in that location previously, however all the noticeable construction in the area is complete. The construction on the roads and sidewalks around Yawkey Way and Maitland/Overland St looks complete, with newly painted roads and crosswalks, but every day the contractors next to 16 Miner St have more dirt to move around next to his building (starting at 7AM or earlier). They are using it as a dumping site and the constituent can't understand why it is an appropriate place to do so. He doesn't think it is fair that a dumping area is placed directly next to a residential building when the construction is actually happening somewhere much further away (nowhere near the neighborhood). |
