What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states that there are multiple infestations of animals in this abandoned property as well as unsanitary conditions that are causing both rodents and pigeons to come into their address as well]

What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states that they saw a raccoon in the abandoned restaurant at the bottom of a residential building at the listed address]

What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent reported that the building at the mentioned location had a fire in June of last year and the building has been abandoned since. Constituent reported that a lot of animals and trash are on the property. Constituent stated that the windows and doors were not secured so on a windy day the area smells of smoke. Please assist.]

What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states that a stop work order was put onto building over a year ago and has fallen into disrepair and is concerned people are still using it in the condtion its in, stating the gutters are falling off and the front entrance cant be used.]

There's and infestations of rats and raccoons at this abandoned house. The house has open spaces and is falling apart specifically in this windy days. I run a day care and it's causing a dangerous environment for the kids.I have called many times and had no luck so far. Can someone please come and take care of this dangerous situation. I live down the street from this building, which suffered a large fire in 2024. From what I can tell, nothing has happened to the charred remains. I believe it is now a nuisance and public health risk. Thank you! |

What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states there property has been abanoned for about 20 years and the overgrowth and trash that are on the property blows down the street. Constituent is requesting inspection and for the city to step in. Constituent states there are numerous code tickets but more needs to be done.]
