What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent reported that the building at the mentioned location had a fire in June of last year and the building has been abandoned since. Constituent reported that a lot of animals and trash are on the property. Constituent stated that the windows and doors were not secured so on a windy day the area smells of smoke. Please assist.]

What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states that a stop work order was put onto building over a year ago and has fallen into disrepair and is concerned people are still using it in the condtion its in, stating the gutters are falling off and the front entrance cant be used.]

There's and infestations of rats and raccoons at this abandoned house. The house has open spaces and is falling apart specifically in this windy days. I live down the street from this building, which suffered a large fire in 2024. From what I can tell, nothing has happened to the charred remains. I believe it is now a nuisance and public health risk. Thank you! |

Constituent is requesting inspection and for the city to step in. Constituent states there are numerous code tickets but more needs to be done.]

The house at 282 Centre St. is clearly abandoned and has been for at least the past 20 years. Increasingly, it is a neighborhood eyesore. The fence is broken, trash accumulates, windows are broken and boarded up, etc. Clearly someone owns it. I reported abandoned cars on the lot several years ago and they were eventually taken away. Can anything be done to improve this situation? |

The sidewalks along the abandoned Church buildings on the East side of Frankfort Street between Gove and Maverick are icy and slippery, no-one has cleaned them. We have elderly in the neighborhood who need the sidewalks to go shopping. Thank you! |
