What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states that on an unmaintained part of private property there is a decaying coyote that cannot be accessed and are worried of the health issues that this may cause]

What is the nature of the problem: [Const. states weeds are way overgrown at this address, and rodents and other animals are living in them scaring the neighborhood. This has been an ongoing issue for several years, so const. suspects the property may be abandoned.]

What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states that the abandoned house at this address has been in disrepair for months. States that they have reported this issue directly to code enforcement but nothing has changed. States that there is also a large amount of rodent activity in the yard that is spreading to neighboring houses]

What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent reports home at service location is in poor condition and has been abandoned for at least 15 years: there is a vehicle leaking fluid- BFD has been notified but the issue continues, constituent lives nearby and states there has been an increase in rodent activity, the grass is overgrown and unkempt in both the front and back of the property and there is homeless people believed to be coming in and out of the property, and the constituent is unsure of how they are getting in. The constituent also states they have called numerous times regarding the issue and code violations have been issued, but would like to know what are the next steps. Requesting assistance with this matter.]

States that the yard is overgrown which is causing issues with rats in the area and the house itself appears to be delapidaded and a possible fire hazard.]

Const. states house has been empty for a while now. Const. states here's overgrown weeds and trash left behind, and it's attractng rats and disturbing the neighbors. Const. equests a call back from ISD about the issue.
