What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states 10 highgate st constantly has people coming and going out of it despite being vacant for 10 years. Constituent states that people are climbing up the open and accessable fire escape in the rear of the property. Constituent made eyecontact with someone drinking last night up there and they leave the entrance doors ajar all the time.]

What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states that on an unmaintained part of private property there is a decaying coyote that cannot be accessed and are worried of the health issues that this may cause]

What is the nature of the problem: [Const. states weeds are way overgrown at this address, and rodents and other animals are living in them scaring the neighborhood. This has been an ongoing issue for several years, so const. suspects the property may be abandoned.]

States that they have reported this issue directly to code enforcement but nothing has changed. States that there is also a large amount of rodent activity in the yard that is spreading to neighboring houses]

The constituent also states they have called numerous times regarding the issue and code violations have been issued, but would like to know what are the next steps. Const. states house has been empty for a while now. Const. states here's overgrown weeds and trash left behind, and it's attractng rats and disturbing the neighbors. Const. equests a call back from ISD about the issue.
