Constituent states that the RV has been there for months with people living in it, consistently operating on vehicles.]

What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent wanted to report an auto body shop that seems to be operating illegally at 175 McClellan Hwy, East Boston. Constituent states that an automotive inspector at that location Richard Lopera had an altercation with the constituent's wife after he had further damaged the constituent's car during repairs. BPD had gone to the location for the incident and the constituent has a police report they can reference. Constituent believes that this automotive inspeector is operating without proper licensure/certification and would like them inspected. Constituent states both of their side view mirrors were damaged by them, and they are planning on getting an estimate for the damages to go to court with it.]
