400 West Broadway in South Boston, trash is in the back on Athens St intersection (garage door light is red to identify the building) - trash pile up outside of the exit from the garage is absolutely insane. Nothing in the dumpsters, can't exit the garage to the outside due to the pile up. This happens once a week with no help from property management to clean up. |

Says there is a strong smell of sewage or seafood. Says the smell is very strong. Asking if this can please be inspected and given a call with the findings.]
