    Noted. Rodent activity not found. The dumpster looks good. Please pick up after your dog as dog feces attracts rodents. Also, spoke with the property owner and he will provide Pest control on the exterior of the property.

Trash falls over, liquid leaks at the bottom. States rats have been getting in. Abundance of rats in area due to dumpster. Reports seeing 5 last night.]
