    What is the nature of the problem: [Caller states there is a dumpster that is outside her property and has not been emptied for weeks. caller is requesting inspection and ticketing. Dumpster is located near Gloucester St. Constituent is asking for it to please be emptied as it smells so bad. There is another construction site nearby that empties their dumpster everyday. This is attracting rats and mice because it has not been emptied.]
