Hello. There is a trash barrel behind 201 D in the parking lot that hasn't been picked up because it has no top. It has been put on curb with no luck. It now weighs a lot and cannot be moved. We get tickets for it but it's not our trash barrel. Please dispose. It's black with no top. |

What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent reports that the owner of the lot has been pilling up trash and totalled vehicles. Constituent reports the owner has been using a back-hoe to dig ditches which they fill with trash and then cover poorly. Its in the very back lot and the corner, taken down the trees and threw garbage into the holes then back filled them with dirt.]
