This vacant lot is grossly overgrown and we have rats running in and out of the lot which makes them go into the neighboring yards. Can something please be done about the lot. The people who own it refuses to maintain it. We keep reporting it but nothing is being done. Right now it looks like a lot in a rural area in Massachusetts not a lot in the middle of Boston. Anything could be in that lot right now. |
