What is the nature of the problem: [On Safford Street in the vacant lot is a mattress that needs to be removed please.]

I called 311 a couple of weeks ago, but 544 Washington in Dorchester was recorded as opposed to Brighton. I live next door to this property (at 88 Langley Rd). The property has been vacant for years but is owned by a developer with plans to build. He leaves the property in complete disrepair, with piles of garbage and recycling dumped there. It is a safety hazard and really unpleasant to see from my home. I've taken photos that I am happy to share, though I don't see the opportunity to do so online. Thank you. |

What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states there is a private owned lot with piles of tires, junk debris, peter pan bus, box truck, construction debris. Constituent is requesting ticket and for more to be done by the city. Constituent states this has been a problem property for years.]

I am a City of Boston resident and an immigrant. I have worked and paid taxes my whole life, never assistance from the government or the city. I proudly became an American Citizen. Now I am confused by which city events I am not allowed to attend. How do I know if the city considers me to be white and unwelcome. How do I know what color I should I identify as. If I attend an event which I am not invited to by the mayor will I be arrested. If I am Italian I would now be white but in the past Italian we’re not. Spanish is a now not white? Is that Spanish people from Spain or Spanish from South America? The city needs to let people what city events they are not welcome to. If I am unwelcome do I still need to pay taxes? This was all a secret to me but the Mayor said this has has been like this several years. Oprah said “a man should be judged by the color of their skin and not the content of their heart”. But how do I know which one I am? Will the Mayor or the city sending instructions as they do about clearing snow. Could there be a color chart. Are there different days to be allowed to go to city hall? Please send out directions. |

Lots of trash and empty liquor bottles and vomit in open parking spot property of 18 Wiget Street. People also frequently do drugs in same spot. Public health and safety concerns for local residents. Thank you. |

Santandar property has a lot over the black fence which has unkept grass and tall weeds, trash and filthy lot. They has refused to do anything about it and they are not being responsible for the land which they own. Can something else be done about this? my email is included and thank you for looking into this. |

615 Albany St was recently sold by BMC and BU to a private company. It has been vacant for over a month. An encampment has been set up on the side of the building and looks as if a person or people are sleeping there. Could you please look into this situation? Also, on the other side of the building on E. Brookline St there is a needle and a bit of rubbish. |

The sidewalk that follows Albany street out of chinatown along the side of 93 that eventually connects to the south boston underpass adjacent to the ink block has a good amount of trash that needs to be removed. |
