There is weed and grass over five feet tall, rodents and rats are now going over to the adjacent properties, Trash is thrown on the floor in an abundance. Constituent states this has been going on for a long time and is worried it can affect the value of their property as well as nearby reisdents.]

Project manager is having their pest control company add additional bait stations around the property. No evidence of activity was found during inspection.
