4 Payson Avenue is located directly behind 33 Hancock Street in Dorchester. It is parcel #1502666000 There is a large pile of trash and debris, including, among other things, a discarded basketball hoop, pallets, a large metal sign, and a significant amount of trash on this lot. The owner is Willie Mandrell. He has been asked by the local civic association to get this cleaned up and it has not been done. |

Massive amounts of garbage scattered all around this abandoned property. Many years worth. |

What is the nature of the problem: [This vacant lot has been reported numerous times for all kinds of trash/debri on this Lot; Constiutent states that he was told that this Vacant Lot was owed by the COB; there is a sign that says NO DUMPING..per CITY OF BOSTON; can this be addressed ASAP!!]

Rinse Cycle Laundromat 493 Dudley St, Boston, MA 02119 The parking lot/vacant double lot that is owned by Rinse Cycle Laundromat's entire perimeter is filled with trash. abutting this property is a sacred parcel of land, a long-vacant lot on Dudley Street with giant wooden letters stating OUR TIERRA LIVRI (English, Spanish and Cape Verdean Creole for Our Liberated Land). The project is meant to encourage ownership of the space and to spark conversation about how land ownership affects the current distribution of power in our society. It's incredibly difficult to keep this important and symbolic parcel of land clean with the laundromat's abutting parking lot being full of trash. |

Uphams Corner parking lot has part of it designated as 2 hour parking limit and a part of it has no limit. I've been living there since 2009 and my cars has resident parking sticker and I was still ticketed. This is after I read that certain parking ticket officer were issuing bogus tickets. The reason I cannot park in the section where there is no 2 hour limit is bc it's overflowing with trash from the homeless encampment that developed there. It's full of trash and the men frequently urinate on the grassy area. At night I don't feel safe parking and exiting the car into a group of men in various states of under influence. Rodent are running rampant bc if the food left behind and lack of trash containers in the parking lot. I have pictures so let me know where to submit them. I should not be appealing wrongly issued parking ticket when lack of space does not allow me to park. In other parts of Boston a resident does not get ticketed when they have their resident parking sticker on their car. |

What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent that there is a lot of trash on the lot, overgrown bushes. The residents are concerned because the area attracts rodents and other animals.]

There is a vacant lot at this intersection that people dump things and the weeds/bushes are overgrown almost as tall as the nearby houses. Now there are mice coming from this location tearing holes in my trash on trash day. This my 3rd attempt to get this lot cleaned up. My first report some folks from 311 came out and cleaned up the sidewalks around the lot but nothing more. Something has to be done about this. |

What is the nature of the problem: [Residents are complaining that someone comes & cleans this empty Lot but never takes away the trash/debris. Now because of that there is a large pile of trash/debris which the Rodents have made their home there. Can this be addressed ASAP!!!]
