    The identifier number for that parcel is 1402223000. That vacant lot of land is adjacent to my house but no one has ever come by to take care of the overgrown weeds, trash, and rodent problem. Please send someone to get rid of the weeds and place a trash can on Talbot Ave. A lot of people litter there because there are no trash cans and no trash collection for that lot. Please put a no trash sign on that lot. We would appreciate that. I’ve reported a few times about this lot already. |

    The owner of this house owns the adjacent lot, numbered 31 Hancock Street, which was purchased through the side yard program. The lot is covered with loose trash. The owner gutted the interior of the house without a permit and appears to have walked away from the property. The house is vacant. The side lot is at the corner of Hancock Street and Payson Avenue. I just swept the public sidewalk along Hancock Street from Bird Street to Payson Avenue and picked up an entire trash barrel of trash, mostly from in front of 29-31 Hancock Street. |

    Public parking lot is completely trashed littered all day. Nobody comes to clean the trash that drug addicts leave there.
