Rat caos

10 rats in new construction

I live and own property at 159 Calumet St on Mission Hill. I saw a rat in my basement. Exterminator came and noticed rat burrows on the adjacent property at 163 Calumet St. see attached pictures. There is open garbage on the ground. There are bait poison boxes but they are empty. I found online that 163 Calumet is owned by Fosher Longwood LLC, but couldn’t find a phone number. Are you able to contact the owner and ask them to clean up trash and get their exterminator to re-bait their rat boxes?

Rodents coming out of that building. Is it possible to have the developers put rat traps. This is the birthing center. They are currently undergoing work. Residents have been complaining about the increase of rats in the neighborhood

There are Rat infestations/ or colonies at 10 Emerson place and all the other Emerson properties. I keep seeing that the property is being “checked and monitored” but this must be a lie because they are out as early at 6 pm. They run across the sidewalks from the bushes that are near Charles street (10 Emerson) to the grass. They definitely have to have burrows. This is unacceptable and disgusting, is nothing being done? If they were actually monitoring, they would see the same infestation that happens as soon as the sun goes down. Can abatement please happen or any type of action before they make their way inside if they haven’t already.
