Rats running inside food establishment (Daves Hot Chicken) from restroom and trash receptacles

Mouse or mice running in and around the hail bales that the Anchor has onsite for decor. This is the same issue every year.The pumpkins acts as food and attacts pests

Rats borrow,also trash container still haven’t been changed. Food on the floor where rats be picking through the containers that has a hole on it. This is still hasn’t been resolved. It’s been over a month now. The neighbors around here are fed up.

Persistent indoor mouse infestation in the kitchen and unit food preparation areas. Droppings are found nightly on the dish drying rack and countertops. Landlord has sent basic exterminators who only set sticky traps, but has claimed to seal “entry holes” but the mice continue to appear. We are requesting a residential housing code inspection. We have reached out many times and haven’t heard back. Thank you.
