Rats. Please help.

There are rats constantly in my backyard. There is no indication that they are finding food in my yard. The building behind me constantly leaves food on the ground. There is currently a rat with its tail trapped that I cannot release myself. I trap at least one rat everyday. Not an exaggeration

Rodents in/around Time Out Market. Last night, there was a mouse inside the building, in the dining area next to A&B Burgers. On multiple occasions over the past month, there have been several rats in the patio dining area, at the end near the lobby of 401 Park/towards where REI used to be. There are no visible rodent traps, which I imagine might help.
