Constituent states that they have had issues with their landlord responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner. States that most recently their washing machine has been broken for weeks and one repair person had been sent out but nothing had been done and they've had communication issues since. States that they have also felt somewhat threatened in the messages they have received. Constituent reports issues with weather tightening and, as a result, heating in their unit. Constituent reported to their building management back in August that their door wasnt closing correctly and it had since been ignored. Now that it's January, the apartment can't get warm due to how much freezing air is blowing into the apartment. Building management has told the constituent that they would replace the door and fix it, but has not taken any action. Constituent has recorded readings of 8.7mph winds coming through their 11th floor window as a result of this issue.
