Constituent reporting locks in the building are faulty, front door does not lock or close properly, additionally apartment door locks are difficult to open and only one key was given for three adult tenants. Landlord has not done anything after being asked a week ago. Additionally, has a rodent infestation--has been slow to respond to this as well. Resubmitted from mobile case BCS-00314461: The stove had a short circuit and had a large spark when trying to use. Two burners were already dead, and the third one was the one that short-circuited. The breaker is now stuck in the middle position, and we can't use the stove or oven. We also have a small water leak in our half bathroom. The filter has also not been replaced yet. The landlord has sent a maintenance person that couldn't help use fix any issues.
