The landlord at 32-34 Cambridge St (02129) recently utilized an inspection/preventive maintenance entry visit to lock all residents’ interior utility closets without notice. These rooms contain water submeters, shutoff valves, water heaters, electrical outlets, and associated infrastructure that belongs to tenants’ apartments per official building plans. The landlord has claimed that these utilities are “building mechanical equipment” that are “reserved for maintenance and management access.” However, tenants are not allowed to be billed for individual water or sewer usage if they do not have exclusive possession and control of their utilities. Additionally, the state plumbing code requires residents to be able to access their individual water shutoff valves during emergencies, which is not possible with locked doors. Please investigate this conduct and provide code enforcement as applicable.

Recycling bin not emptied yesterday. I called 311 last evening but still no collection today It is full no room for more info This is the third consecutive week I have had to call - for entire street. There is construction going on in but no problems with trash and compost collections

Missed yard waste pick up. Today is a yard waste pick up week in my neighborhood but mine didn’t get picked up. Bags were brought out night before. Bags now soaked.
