253 Amory St, Jamaica Plain, Ma, 02130Please install a traffic signal at the Amory St and New Minton St intersection in Jamaica Plain. This is currently a difficult 3-way stop. My 5-year-old and I were almost hit by a van yesterday while walking in the crosswalk. The driver was making a turn from Amory St onto New Minton St and apparently didn't see us entering the crosswalk.

Intersection Of Riverway And Longwood Ave, Boston, MaThere are two “desire paths” connecting the Riverway/Longwood Ave bridge with the Muddy River walking trail underneath. This is because there are no stairs on this side of the bridge, and the other trail entrances with stairs are a few blocks away on either side. This intersection is super busy with foot traffic due to the Longwood Ave T stop and major hospitals, and I observe that the desire paths are used frequently, despite them being prone to slippery mud and ice. For pedestrian access and safety, what is the city’s plan to put stairs or a ramp on this side? | Case (SR) Type: [Mass DCR] Referred To: [Mass DCR]

11 Tafthill Ter, Roslindale, Ma, 02131Need more ev charging stations in parking lot, they are often full and in high demand
CLOSED #101006398512Case Resolved. Thank you for reaching out. We understand the need for an increased number of publicly available electric vehicle chargers in Boston, and are currently working to make that number rise. The process of doing this is a lengthy one, however, as the installation of a curbside charger requires significant planning efforts as well as coordination with a variety of other departments. For a fully updated view of where we have installed publicly available curbside chargers, please visit our site at this link: https://www.boston.gov/departments/transportation/curbside-ev-charging You can also find at this link our survey for where future curbside charging could best be situated. Participation in this survey is much appreciated. We take constituent feedback very seriously, and will consider it as we move forward with our EV infrastructure plans.

Intersection Of Cedar St And Holston St, Charlestown, MaCedar Street in Charlestown is a one way street from High Street to Bartlett Street. However, cars exiting driveways and parking lots at the Barlett Street end of Cedar street routinely go the wrong way up Cedar Street to Laurel Street. This is usually early in the morning when children are going to school or people are running. There have been many near collisions with cars and pedestrians. Someone is going to get injured or killed. These drivers have been warned, but they are in a rush to work and cannot be bothered by safety. I believe that a prominent sign indicating that it is a one way is necessary.
CLOSED #101006398477Case Noted. Hello, BTD does no sign driveways on one-way streets in this situation. Please contact Boston Police for traffic enforcement concerns. Thank you for contacting 311 and BTD.
