I was harassed by an older man on a bicycle begging for money at the intersection of Columbus and Mass Ave. beggar approached my car and when I hit the lock button on my doors, he spit on my car window, yelled insults and slammed his hands on my car. A brick and cement were observed on the sidewalk outside of the building that had a parent previous damage. It appears that burns out entering through open cracks in the side of the building and pushing cement out to make way for their housing.
