A bunch of needles in an area of garbage under a set of stairs going down from Worcester behind House of Siam (off Worcester + Columbus).

Needle reported earlier today is still there. It is in the small dirt patch at the top of Endicott street behind the blue bikes. Image was provided earlier today.

Const reported that there are over ten needles in the back yard area due to persons throwing them there from the rear of strand theatre.
