I am writing to inquire why case number 101000491485 was closed without any action taken. I live next to a Boston public school, the Henry Grew School in Hyde Park, that has a tree hanging over my driveway, located on Linwood Street. I would trim it myself, but I cannot do so without the proper equipment. Can the tree be cut or at least trimmed so that the branches and leaves are not coming over onto my property?
