What is the name of the bridge: [Congress St./Fort Point Channel: (B-16-032)] What is the nature of the problem: [A few months ago the city put nets under the overpass & spikes on the outside of said overpass where A st meeting Congress st. This seemed to be an attempt to prevent the pigeons from staying underneath the bridge or on the sides. Since then there has been no up keep and multiple pigeons have made their way through the net and have since died. Currently there are multiple dead pigeons being held up by the net and multiple living pigeons that are stuck in there. It's extremely inhumane and sad to see. Would love to see some resolution where the net is kept up with or removed entirely, however, at a minimum, the dead birds and stuck birds need to be addressed.]

What is the name of the bridge: [North Washington St./Charles River: (B-16-016)] What is the nature of the problem: [The N Washington St bridge (currently under construction) has not been salted the last few times there has been winter weather. It is extremely slippery and dangerous to walk on. I have seen a few people slip and one person fell just while walking normally. Who is responsible for making sure that bridge is salted?]

What is the name of the bridge: [Cummins Highway/MBTA: (B-16-106)] What is the nature of the problem: [There is an increasing amount of graffiti on the Paul Donato Memorial Bridge on Cummins Highway and Hyde Park Ave. Happy to send a photo if needed.]

What is the name of the bridge: [Northern Avenune /Fort Point Channel: (B-16-184)] What is the nature of the problem: [from MassDOT I received a call from Boston PD who states there is an old bridge with a trailer on it. The homeless keep getting into the trailer and there is a hole in the fence at this location. It is near Moakley Courthouse and the Barking Crab restaurant. They are asking that someone come out and fix the fence and lock the trailer for safety reasons. The Officer I spoke with said if we would like to have an escort due to the homeless in the area, please reach out to them and they will gladly assist. There is concern that the trailer could be used for illegal things (human trafficking, drug use etc). I am not sure who is responsible for this location and they are also having trouble trying to contact the correct department.]

What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent reports part of the wall has fallen apart/pile of rubble at the base of the everett st bridge, where everett st seperates into going over the birdge and continuing towards lincoln st.]

Constituent states the pothole is near the electrical pole exiting the bridge. Constituent states he can be contacted for any questions.]
