What is the name of the bridge: [Alford St./Mystic River: (B-16-029)] What is the nature of the problem: [Lt White of BFD requesting person on site for the Alford St Bridge. Notified Fouad Hamzeh at 4:00AM. Fouad is on his way and Lt White informed.]

What is the name of the bridge: [Congress St./Fort Point Channel: (B-16-032)] What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent is reporting a loose fence on the Congress street bridge. It's a temporary fence. Radioed BPW and reported.]

What is the name of the bridge: [North Washington St./Water St.: (B-16-016)] What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent called and reported that there are two metal plates that are located on the North washington st. bridge heading into charlestown that have become seperated. She said that due to this every time a cr drives over it it makes a very loud clanging sound and she can here it over and over again from her apartment. She said that she knows that the bridge is being worked on but wants to know if the two plates can be welded back together to fix the noise issue.]

What is the nature of the problem: [Concrete is broken up and the rods are exposed. I believe it is the father hart bridge but I am not certain.]

What is the nature of the problem: [Not a bridge, but an underpass. The underpass of the Government Center Garage on Merrimac/Congress St, The roof is falling apart, allowing pink insulation to drop onto the cars below. Ongoing where insulation and other debris from the ceiling here are falling through massive holes from the panelling having fallen in the past. Request to conduct a review of the damage and to initiate repair and patchwork on the ceiling of the Roadway underpass.]

The current attendant is unable to do so. Contacted listed bridge tender on-call, Fouad Hamzeh, and left VM. BPD is on scene. Radioed BPW for further assistance. BPW responded and will send someone out to open the bridge.]

Loose handrail is located on the inbound, Charlestown side of the bridge, right where the bridge begins to go over the water.]

What is the nature of the problem: [There's a guard rail at this location. It's damaged from a car hitting it. It was already damaged so the constituent is concerned it will fall over]
