At 20 Egleston St., a resident has received a moving permit(OCCU-1834225), but it seems to be coming into conflict with the signage posted for a separate project, listed (DRIVE-1812224). As the signage indicates the territories of these permits are overlapping, please investigate to determine if the contractor is posting signs outside of the limits of the permit we approved for them.

A constituent in Charlestown has concerns about permits at 44 Elm Street. The constituent stated that a home rehabilitation project is underway and that permits have been issued for construction vehicles from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM for one week. However, there is currently a container and dumpster on site that remain beyond the permitted hours and are occupying approximately 2–3 parking spaces. The constituent expressed that they do not support any changes to allow the dumpster to remain on site 24/7, but wanted to flag that, as it stands, the current use appears to be in violation of the permitted hours. At 35 Orkney Rd. on Brighton, Eversource has supposedly posted signs without a visible number displayed and is potentially posting in front of 35 Orkney when the permit only covers 32-34 Orkney Rd. Please investigate.

Along much of Colberg Ave. , a contractor has posted signs with no permit number displayed, and changes the date on them every three days. They are also apparently moved around the street often. The permits team has no record of any active permits for this Avenue. Please investigate.
