Poor Conditions of Property
911 Adams St, Dorchester, Ma, 02124
Wood Floor Supply, Inc. in Dorchester has been dumping flooring materials and other debris into a dumpster at 911 Adams Street, which used to be Cedar Grove Gardens. The actual building is NOT currently being renovated. ALL of the materials being dumped is coming from other locations, overflowing the dumpster and raising clouds of dust in the neighborhood. This has been going on for weeks and, recently, there was a code violation posted on the gate into the property. There are three men dumping more materials today at 1 p.m. Several of my neighbors have previously reported this and we are awaiting some kind of resolution, or explanation whether this is a permissible use -- transferring building materials, flooring and metal from another site or sites into this dumpster in a residential neighborhood, when NOTHING is coming from the building at 911 Adams Street. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Went into our yard to dump trash into our dumpster. Ran away when confronted. Sketchy. Parked on corner of Adams and Glenrose.
