Ongoing housing health and sanitary code violation. Property maintenance is failing to put out community trash bins for city collection. Rotten garbage is overflowing on the property. This neglected waste has caused a severe pest infestation. There are now highly visible rats, cockroaches, and heavy mosquito activity around the building. Property management has been notified but has failed to clean the area or bring in pest control. Requesting an urgent inspection from Inspectional Services.

For over two weeks now trash and debris has been thrown all over this yard. This has been a continuous issue for years. Last year we had rats coming from this same property.

28/30 Geneva Street East Boston on the side of the building construction debris it's been there for 3 days been called in already nothing's happening behind the house the weeds are overgrown and this garbage there too did someone help us down here we have a rat problem thank you
