Several trash cans has not been emptied for months and attracting rodents with smell. Also mouldy pillow on the ground and plastic cover holding water behind bins.

Unkempt overgrown grass | Details: [I own 16 Wall Street it is a row house and shares a wall and roof. For decades my neighbor (#15) has been completely negligent with the maintenance of his property. Tree branches and vines grow above and through our shared fence and into my property. My tenants have noticed constant rodent activity. The overgrowth is unsanitary and unsafe. I believe it also depreciates the value of my home. I would like to file an official complaint and would be grateful for an inspector to help us rectify this. Other | Details: [Constituent states on the property of Canniff Monuments behind the bus stop has 2 planet aid clothing bins and then a bin for books. These bins are overflowing and the property owners refuse to deal with it. ATTENTION ATTENTION ATTENTION, CITY OF BOSTON, BOSTON PUBLIC WORKS, THE WONDERFUL DISTRICT 3, on behalf of the Uphams Corner Community, could you call me send somebody out to clean up this lot area and I highly recommend that you send people out on a weekly basis to empty the garbage cans that people have personally put out there to capture all the garbage that seem to constantly overflow there because it's a gathering place for the area people and that area and please don't take the garbage cans because that means they're going to put it on the ground and that means you guys going to have to be coming out every day to clean it at least they're attempting to contain their garbage but now we need the city of Boston to empty the garbage cans on a regular basis please it's located at Dudley place I think it is lot 22 right by our new Cambridge and Savings Bank thank you it is at the current time a quality life issue. On behalf of our community we thank you for keeping it so clean especially Eugene and the new guy I forgot his name but I saw him the other day and he was very dutiful and cleaning up in the area we appreciate you two supervisor Andre thank you kindly and thank you for always listening to me complain you do it with Grace dignity and respect and I appreciate you. But I do try to balance my complaining with acknowledgment and I get out there myself and I know you guys see me. So I'm not just a complainer I am equally a doer. Complaining without works is a complainer who just complains.
