Submitting photos in support of case #101006455202 reported at 2:30 pm on Jan 24, 2026. On going issue of 923 absentee landlord who does not put out his building trash properly. Currently one barrel is overflowing behind his building and one barrel is overflowing behind our building at 124 St Marys St. He also has no recycle bin and his tenants use our bins. This has been going on for a very long time. Inspectors repeatedly fine our building at 124 St Marys for his mess. He is never here and does not care about any trash rules. His side of the concrete wall along the alley stair has holes in it and he does not repair. The rats are living in there. We fix our side. Please help us. The rats are now out of control and there are droppings everywhere. Thank you. See attached photos.

Not all our recycling was taken - Why do the trash people leave items of trash or recycling every single week? I’m confused why I pay so much in taxes when every single week trash or recycling is not taken, this is not the first time I’ve submitted a report and I was assured this would not continue happening.
