    Was like this multiple times - speaking to a property owner that has not done due diligence and just moved things from under the tarp into the deck for 12+ months instead of issuing tickets showing pattern of favoritism when many other property owners don’t receive the same courtesy - if it isn’t done issue a ticket fore-with and stop making excuses because countless months (at least 12+) of these issues and didn’t do your jobs
