    Property manager of 97 Calumet Street has not cleaned up shared trash area and driveway after months of requests. Piles of trash have attracted many rodents and broken glass in driveway is a safety hazard. Originally reported this issue in October 2025 and manager has claimed it has always been too rainy or cold for anyone to do this work. I previously filed this case, but they went to the wrong address to investigate.
