    Also wanted to note that this dumpster is supposed to be for residential trash but the noodle restaurant is using it because they are throwing out a box that says PET and in Chinese characters large sized cups.

    Code enforcement needs to come out and do something to discourage overflowing dumpster. Check each dumpster - I only took pictures of 2 dumpsters but the ones behind the adjacent building are also overflowing. How can we keep up with the rats when these dumpsters are never shut. The restaurant owner needs to be fined. That’s where all the trash is coming from.
