Small sink hole near curb at 14 Highland Park Ave, Roxbury, MA 02119

I live at 1 Charles Street South. A manhole cover located at the intersection of Park Plaza and 1 Charles Street South ( in front of PF Changs in the Transportation Building) is very loose and makes a loud "clanking" noise every time a vehicle rides over it. This is quite disturbing 24/7. Perhaps either a filler between cover and rim or bolting it would take care of the problem. The noise is very loud and also maybe a safety issue since the cover jumps up when driven over it. Manhole cover rim constantly makes very loud noise every time a vehicle drives over it. Located on Park Plaza between Four Seasons and the Park Plaza side of the building addressed as 1 Charles St. South (it is also about 100 feet from the transportation building). I believe your Dept. painted a white square around it about 3 weeks ago along with digsafe lines. I was wondering why it has yet to be fixed. Google map above shows location. Far right lane between court and tremont and park and tremont is littered with potholes and hard to drive in.

Not a pot hole but there is a metal cover in the street that is sticking up and could flatten a tire. In front of 53 union park in the south end.
