The constituent states theres so much trash debris and alcohol beverages left at this area. The constituent states she did reach out to a neighborhood liasion and they stated to call 311 to report this issue. The constituent states that near this wall should be a trash can placed so it can limit the trash on the ground. Theres trash still at this location.Theres a chain link but its not all connected. Theres an opening part of the chain that is open where people are getting access to the area.
