Lorruso has left Sagamore St looking like a disgrace the last few days. I don’t think they know what a broom is let alone own one.

This is 2nd consecutive month with construction debris left on the sidewalk. Owner has been ticketed multiple times, but still no action.

This bike has been illegally chained to this sign for months and is likely abandoned as it hasn’t moved for months. It is completely blocking the sidewalk which makes it dangerous for pedestrians as they must walk in the street to get around it and might get hit by a car.

Overgrown hedges and yard

Overgrown lawn attracting rodents - absentee landlord does nothing to maintain property. All our owner occupant homes take pride and keep up with maintaining properties - not just an eyesore attracts rodents.
