Taxi stand 821 Washington Street Chinatown red car parking in my taxi stand

I’m a handicapped senior citizen and the elevator and the ADA elevator has been out for almost 2 months. I can no longer do these 2 flights of stairs and may have to take a leave of absence until they are fixed!!! This is not only an inconvenience for me but for others that are handicapped and have heart issues. There is a school in there and I noticed that teachers have to carry heavy carts and wagons up and down the stairs. Whenever I ask when this problem will be solved nobody seems to know or cares! 284 amory st JP

The construction site at 209 Tudor has had a loud alarm going on/off all morning. Please work with the relevant owners to fix this issue, as no one is currently living there and it's disruptive to the rest of this area/actual residents.

We sub-lease a kitchen at Foundation Kitchen in Charlestown, we have all active licenses and it is unhealthy to operate because the air conditioning does not work, the elevator has expired for 1 year and a half, the employees are having a bad time and now it is 90° inside. What’s the status of the reported safety issue involving the large hornets' nest in the tree along the public sidewalk in front of 25 Lindsey Street. I can see that other residents have also reported this issue, but the nest remains in place. Given its size and location adjacent to the sidewalk and extending toward the street, there is a major concern about the potential risk to pedestrians and passing vehicles. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
