44-46 Soldiers Field Pl, Boston, MA 02135RE: INTENTIONAL RETALIATION UPON ARRIVAL / STATUS UPDATE TO ACTIVE TICKET #BCS-00269317 Location: 44-46 Soldiers Field Place, Unit #205 (Impact from Unit #305 directly overhead), Brighton, MA 02135Timeline: Tuesday, August 4, 2026, from 9:43 PM ongoing past 11:39 PM Factual Update for Code Enforcement Mainframe: This is a critical update to active case #BCS-00269317 to document a pattern of active harassment and deliberate retaliation past the 10:00 PM quiet-hour threshold. Today, City Housing Inspector Ailton O'Oliveira completed a physical walkthrough of my apartment and went downstairs to talk to building management regarding my 7-month history of overhead noise disturbances. The occupant of Unit #305, Bruce Irving was entirely away from his residence at the time of the city inspection. However, the immediate minute the occupant returned home this evening, he willfully executed a deliberate, retaliatory escalation past quiet hours, running from 9:43 PM ongoing past 11:34 PM, by permitting his Labradoodles to continuously bounce hard balls and drop solid objects directly over my bedroom ceiling drywall layout. The occupant previously submitted a sworn affidavit under the pains and penalties of perjury to the Housing Court claiming that his Labradoodles were no longer playing with hard toys on the uncarpeted flooring. The fact that this noise resumed the exact minute he arrived home—immediately following a physical city code walkthrough—proves intentional civil harassment and bad-faith housing retaliation. Please preserve this timeline for official court review.

333 Massachusetts Ave, Boston, MA 02115Request for Inspection – Severe Garbage/Sewage Odor in Elderly Housing Building I am writing to report an extremely strong and offensive garbage/sewage odor in the lobby and elevators of my mother's elderly housing apartment building at 333 Massachusetts Ave Boston MA 02115. When I visited my mother on Sunday, there was an overwhelming odor throughout the lobby and elevators that smelled like rotting garbage and sewage. The smell was extremely strong and the conditions were so unpleasant that after returning home, I felt it necessary to wash my shoes. This is an elderly housing building, and many of the residents are older adults who must use the lobby and elevators every day. I am concerned that an odor this severe may indicate an underlying sanitation, garbage disposal, drainage, sewage, or plumbing problem. This building has had sanitation problems in its common areas in the past. I previously filed a complaint with the City of Boston regarding the condition of the lobby. Following that complaint, the problem was addressed and the badly soiled carpeting was eventually removed and replaced with a hard-surface floor, which was a significant improvement. Unfortunately, the current condition raises concerns again about the cleanliness and sanitation of the building's common areas. I respectfully request that Boston Inspectional Services inspect the lobby, elevators, and surrounding common areas, determine the source of the strong garbage/sewage odor, and require building management to correct any unsanitary conditions that are found. Given that this is housing specifically for elderly residents, I would appreciate prompt attention to this matter. Thank you. Charlotte Chen charlotte@barake.net
