The backyard at this home is horrible. Trash overflowing with no lids. There are two mattresses in the backyard and a couch. I have seen rodents in the trash cans on several occasions. |

What is the nature of the problem: [Constituent states that construction is being done around property. The dumpster is right in front of 1293 comm ave. There is a lot of construction debris, mattress, couch, food, and regular household trash that is overflowing. The trash smells and rats will become present. The trash has been accumulating for about a week and a half now.]

House has come under new ownership and there is absolutely enormous amount of trash around the house as well as in front. 4 mattresses, multiple carpets, large pieces of furniture, and trash bags. New owner is using house as a rooming house. We don't want this in our neighborhood. |

A massive amount of trash has been put on the sidewalk 3 days before pick up. The pile consists of clothes, furniture, mattresses, house trash and is partially blocking the sidewalk. There is so much trash I don't even think the trash collectors will pick it all up Friday afternoon. This pile of trash poses a safety hazard, please have it removed and cite tennant of 287 Minot St. Unit 2. |

Mattress or box spring appeared yesterday (Sunday) afternoon against the side of the building/on the sidewalk along West 7th Street. Trash pick-up isn't until Friday. This building continues to be a problem with overflowing trash, items left on the sidewalk, etc. Please ticket! |

36 Church Street has mounds of garbage to be picked up each week. Tonight there are approximately 30 garbage bags, broken furniture, and a mattress that awaits tomorrow morning's pick up. There is also trash in back of the house hanging from trees, over the fence, and on the ground. I also believe the occupancy of the house has been exceeded. |

behind 98 queensberry st in the alley there is an open top dumpster, up against the fence there have been several mattresses there for a few weeks, on the other side of the chain link fence there are piles of trash on the Church's property. Also, please have rodent traps in stalled. There are rats juping off the branches off the trees into the broken dumpsters that are missing covers. This area is kept up poorly, I hope the city will have the church and copley group clean this alley up |
