Mice infestation in Towne Estates. This has been a problem for several months. In the recent month, it has become more of a problem. Daily mice droppings are in the kitchen and other parts of the condo. Holes have been plugged with steel wool and then blocked with wire screen. Traps have been set. An exterminator company was hired who said that there are holes in the screens in the basement and on the outside walls where the mice can access the condo. In the basement, there are old mattresses and other debri that the management will not remove even though they have been asked to do so for several months. The management is not taking an aggressive approach to this problem. Management contends that the problem is not there probem. Management blames the mice problem on the local golf course and the fact that there is construcion work in the area. Can you please help?
