In rear Yard , next to and behind garage, full of debris, mattresses, furniture, trash. Rats seen in piles. Please investigate.

Rats have completely taken over the street due to problematic landlord and tenant. Cars come in and out of that driveway storing soiled mattresses and dirty appliances. Trash is constantly left out. Now I have rats tunneling under my front porch.

Behind the dirty sheet is a dirty mattress and other garbage. Tenant and landlord continue to store in this garage. Rats have only accumulated and had exploded into neighboring properties.

This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. An already unruly and problematic address, the landlord is adding to it by dumping dirty, soiled mattresses and trash in the yard. Rats having a field day!!!!

Increased rodent activity initiating from this property due to trash stockpile, mattress stockpile and other debris that have not been cleared in months.

Rodents are seen in this building coming from under porch at night. Trash barrels on side of house have no cover. Additionally the owner keeps old trash including mattresses/junk in back yard. Boston Inspection Services should look at this property as there are several coding violations most visibly the trash in the backyard.
