The alley behind 111 and 115 Norway Street has become the new hangout for drug users to shoot up. In addition to shooting up, they are using the alley as a toilet as my tenant complained that someone was peeing outside their window last night. Human waste has been found as well. Last week someone dragged a mattress back there to sleep on it and a couple trespassing inside the building was found sleeping in the boiler room of 111 Norway.
